Detractors

Critical is the term used when calculating the Net Promoter Score.

This applies to people who were asked how likely they are to recommend a product on a scale of 110 (of which 10 is the highest) and who were given a score of 06.

These people are called naysayers because they are more likely to tell other people how bad they think the product or service is.
